  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Add sour cream and powdered sugar; mix until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Layer sliced bananas over the cooled crust. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the bananas, spreading evenly.
  4. Pour remaining cream cheese mixture on top and smooth out. Bake for about 50 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside with the door ajar for an hour. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
