  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & herbs flavor)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping any desired vegetables.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the skillet. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add Boursin cheese and chicken broth; stir until melted.
