  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 strips of bacon (or 1 cup cooked sausage)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper until just set, approximately 3-4 minutes.
