- 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or sear for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest before slicing.
- While the chicken rests, wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix Caesar dressing with lemon juice. Pour over romaine and toss to coat.
- Slice rested chicken into thin strips.
- Lay out tortillas and layer with dressed lettuce, sliced chicken, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in sides of each tortilla and roll tightly. Slice in half diagonally if desired.
