- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare an air fryer.
- In one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg wash, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown or fry in oil for about 4 minutes per side until crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha for the sauce.
