- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and sesame oil until the sugar dissolves.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish; pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better flavor).

- Remove chicken from marinade (discard marinade) and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
