Instructions

- In another bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the frosting, heat coconut flakes, pecans, and condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly. Cool before spreading on cooled cakes.
- Assemble by layering the cakes with frosting in between and on top.
