  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit covered for 12 minutes.
  2. 2. Ice Bath: Transfer boiled eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Peel: Gently crack and peel the eggs under running water.
  4. 4. Prepare Filling: Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a bowl. Mix in gochujang, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
