  • 1 cup salsa verde (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, and garlic powder to create the marinade.
