  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Add ground beef to the marinade and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
