  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Tzatziki Sauce: 1 cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup diced cucumber, 1 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare your veggies: Wash and chop the red onion, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
