Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Wash the zucchinis and slice them into half-moons about 1/2 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, combine zucchini slices with minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
