Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the frozen French fries evenly on the baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy (about 25-30 minutes).
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced Andouille sausage for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Sprinkle the Cajun spice blend over the sausage while cooking, stirring well to combine.
  5. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and top with cheddar cheese and cooked sausage. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
