- 9 lasagna noodles (no-boil)
- 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté mixed seafood with minced garlic for about 3 minutes until just cooked through.
- In a saucepan, whisk heavy cream and cream cheese over low heat until smooth. Stir in Italian seasoning.
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Layer sauce, lasagna noodles, half of the seafood mix, and mozzarella. Repeat layers and top with remaining sauce and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil in the last 5 minutes for bubbling cheese.
