  • 9 lasagna noodles (no-boil)
  • 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté mixed seafood with minced garlic for about 3 minutes until just cooked through.
  3. In a saucepan, whisk heavy cream and cream cheese over low heat until smooth. Stir in Italian seasoning.
  4. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Layer sauce, lasagna noodles, half of the seafood mix, and mozzarella. Repeat layers and top with remaining sauce and Parmesan.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil in the last 5 minutes for bubbling cheese.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares and serve warm.
