  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cucumber, grated and excess water removed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and spices (like paprika). Coat chicken breasts with this mixture.
  3. Arrange the seasoned chicken on the baking sheet with space in between for even cooking.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
