  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 drops red food coloring
  • 4 drops blue food coloring

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes before transferring to ice water for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel the cooled eggs under cool running water. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth. Divide the mixture into three bowls: leave one as is, color one pink with red food coloring, and another blue with blue food coloring.
  4. Fill each egg white half with its corresponding colored yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  5. Sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
