- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil salted water in a large pot and add the ziti pasta. Cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes), then drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet, cooking until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix cooked ziti with the beef sauce and ricotta until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
