How to Make Basic Juice Blend
  1. Peel the oranges. Start by removing the skin from the oranges and segmenting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Core and slice the apples. Remove the cores from the apples and slice them into wedges.
  3. Combine ingredients in a blender. In your blender, add the peeled orange segments, sliced apples, spinach, filtered water, ginger root, lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, mint leaves, and chia seeds.
  4. Blend until smooth. Blend on high until everything is combined into a silky mixture.
  5. Serve immediately. Pour your freshly blended juice into glasses and serve over ice if desired.
