How to Make Beef and Cabbage Skillet
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion, mincing the garlic, grating the carrot, and slicing the cabbage.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
- Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic in the skillet with the beef until the onions become translucent, approximately 3 minutes.
- Add grated carrot and sliced cabbage into the skillet. Stir and cook until the cabbage wilts, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and let simmer for an additional minute.
