Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups Rolled oats hearty foundation providing fiber and texture

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the rolled oats, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in the mixed berries, chia seeds, and lemon juice gently.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Cool the bars before cutting them into squares.
