How to Make Buffalo Turkey Quesadillas
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the lean ground turkey. Cook until browned and no longer pink, around 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the buffalo sauce, letting it simmer in the skillet for an additional 2 minutes.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle one side with a generous amount of cheese, then add a spoonful of the turkey mixture. Top it off with more cheese before folding the tortilla in half.
- In the same skillet, gently cook each folded quesadilla for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Slice the cooked quesadillas into wedges and top with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
