  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely shredded cabbage, whisked eggs, flour, chopped green onions, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated, ensuring each cabbage strand is coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the skillet and flatten slightly with a spatula.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
