How to Make Cajun Honey Butter Salmon
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish lightly with nonstick spray.
- Season both sides of the salmon fillets generously with Cajun seasoning.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and mix in the honey and lemon juice.
- Arrange the seasoned salmon fillets in your prepared baking dish and pour half of the honey butter mixture over them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle the remaining honey butter sauce over each fillet, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
