How to Make Crawfish Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F, or follow the instructions on your French bread package.
- Combine in a mixing bowl the crawfish tails, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic, Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix until every ingredient is snugly blended.
- Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise using a serrated knife.
- Spread the crawfish mixture generously over both halves of the bread.
- Bake on a baking sheet for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is wonderfully melted and bubbly.
- Remove the bread from the oven, let it cool slightly, and slice into portions.
