- Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the shrimp, halved baby potatoes, corn pieces, Old Bay seasoning, melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic until everything is well coated.
- Carefully portion out the shrimp and vegetable mix onto large sheets of foil and seal them tightly.
- Place the foil packs on the grill or in the oven, cooking for about 20 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the potatoes are tender.
