Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp and Veggies
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 3 ears corn cut into thirds
For the Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the shrimp, halved baby potatoes, corn pieces, Old Bay seasoning, melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic until everything is well coated.
  3. Carefully portion out the shrimp and vegetable mix onto large sheets of foil and seal them tightly.
  4. Place the foil packs on the grill or in the oven, cooking for about 20 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the potatoes are tender.
