Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic together until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon and browning it completely, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Season the mixture with the Greek seasoning blend. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, topped with feta cheese.
