How to Make Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers

  2. Gently wash the bell peppers and slice off the tops. Remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. Sauté diced onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
