  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted.
  6. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve with lemon wedges.
