- Place the bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs in your Instant Pot.
- Toss in the garlic cloves, followed by the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Close the lid securely and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release for remaining steam.
