How to Make Instant Pot Chicken Thighs
  1. Place the bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs in your Instant Pot.
  2. Toss in the garlic cloves, followed by the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Close the lid securely and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  4. Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release for remaining steam.
  5. Carefully remove the chicken thighs and serve warm.
