Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the artichokes by trimming the tops and removing the tough outer leaves. Clean them thoroughly.
  3. Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each artichoke generously with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed artichokes in a baking dish and pour the vegetable broth around them.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 60 minutes.
  7. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with slices of lemon on the side.
