Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add cheese slices during the last minute.
  4. Slice slider buns in half, place cut-side up on a baking sheet, and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the toasted bun bottoms, adding diced onions, and drizzling with ketchup and mustard.
