  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
  1. Gather ingredients: Begin by assembling all your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Preheat skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Prepare tortillas: Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with cheddar and mozzarella. Fold the other half over.
  5. Cook quesadilla: Sauté the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Cool and slice: Remove the quesadilla and let it cool for a minute before slicing into triangles.
  7. Serve with salsa: Arrange the quesadilla triangles on a plate and serve with salsa for dipping.
