Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Trim the artichokes by first removing the tough outer leaves.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture generously onto the artichokes.
- Place the artichokes upside down in a baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and roast in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Uncover the dish in the last 10 minutes of roasting.
