How to Make Red Velvet Cake Pops
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. Mix the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions, incorporating the eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  3. Cool the cake completely on a wire rack. Once cool, crumble it into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  4. Combine the cake crumbs with the cream cheese frosting, mixing until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  5. Roll the mixture into one-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm.
  7. Melt the white chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip each chilled ball halfway into the melted chocolate.
  8. Return them to the parchment paper to set and sprinkle your favorite toppings if desired.
