How to Make
- Prepare the beef flank steak by placing it in the slow cooker.
- Mix the marinade in a bowl by combining the soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the flank steak in the slow cooker.
- Add the sliced onion and bell peppers on top of the beef.
- Pour in the beef broth, surrounding the steak with liquid.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
