How to Make Spinach Artichoke Bites
- Preheat your oven according to the puff pastry package instructions, typically around 400°F.
- Combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into squares, approximately 4 inches each.
- Spoon a generous amount of the spinach and artichoke mixture into the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to create a pocket. Press and seal the edges with a fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and puffed.
