  • 3 cloves garlic, minced adds aromatic freshness
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter for a rich, buttery base
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning infuses herbal complexity
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine or linguine, cooking until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Season the steak with salt and pepper and sear in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently while stirring until the mixture thickens.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Serve the Steak Pasta hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
