- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the butter mixture.
- Fold in the strawberry puree and strawberry milk powder until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
