How to Make Turkey Taco Quinoa Skillet

- Add in 1 pound of lean ground turkey; break it up while cooking until browned.
- Stir in 1 cup of rinsed quinoa, 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning, and 2 cups of low-sodium vegetable broth.
- Bring this mixture to a gentle boil.
- Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
