How to Make Vegan Cake Pops
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. Combine the vegan chocolate cake mix with 1 cup of water in a mixing bowl and pour into the greased pan. Bake for about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Let the cake cool completely, then crumble it into fine pieces.
  4. Mix the crumbled cake with 1 cup of dairy-free frosting until fully combined.
  5. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and insert cake pop sticks.
  6. Freeze the tray for about 1 hour until the cake pops are firm.
  7. Melt 1 cup of dairy-free chocolate chips and dip each cake pop, allowing excess to drip off.
